This interactive e-learning course was developed by the Rural Community Assistance Partnership with funding from the USEPA's Treatment Works Grant (Priority Area 2 – Protect Water Quality and Compliance Assistance, 2023-2026).

Target Audience: Leaders of small drinking water and wastewater utilities who are concerned about protecting their systems from cyber crime by improving their information security. It contains best practices for individual employees and utility systems to implement. It includes threats, resources, and tools relevant to smaller utilities.
